It is to this volcanic place where Frodo Baggins And Samwise Gamgee must go to destroy the One Ring. Somewhere not too far from the dark mountain of flame is what the orcs call Lugburz. That name is the derivative of the Black Speech of this land. It basically means Tower Dark or The Dark Tower. It's other name is Barad Dur. It is the place where the Eye Of Sauron is. Judging from the photo, this one was Located at the corner (or near the corner) of Papineau and Belanger. You could say it is part of the Plateau Mont-Royal area.
