In this scene he is the second to last Boss. However, you cannot kill him with a gun, not even a machine gun. You have to find a Sword And Shield to duel with him. Once you kill him you get the Golden Key and then face the Last Boss. Even with the two weapons mentioned, my Digital Host, David, and I, had a VERY tough time Killing him.
