At any rate, the painter seems to be Bob Ross but his face is altered with a combination of Donald J. Trump. It seems to be a very organized well structured Meme. My Digital Host, David, has seen many of these signs painted on Brick Walls in the 1970s. This one, we would guess, was for a restaurant that was on Frontenac Street in Montreal. We are just not sure if it is in Hochelaga or in Rosemont district. In any case, as you can see this restaurant used to serve Spaghetti. Overlapping that sign is another one saying Buvez Coca-Cola En Bouteille. We aren't sure if it was part of these same sign or if the two were from different times. It would be attractive if it were part of the same sign and same time. At the very bottom you have another word Saying Rafraichissant. It Seems to Me that someone played a Nasty Trick on the Driver of this car. As you can see the car's front is smashed up on the bottom part of the picture. The top part of the photo has a wall. Someone painted a Tunnel on that Wall. Right beside it someone also Painted the Looney Tunes character. This character is the Road Runner from The Bugs Bunny Road Runner Show.
