It is still from the 1980s however. Here you can play one of three characters. You can play George, the giant Gorilla, you can play Lizzie, the sort of Godzilla type of lizard or you can play Ralph, the giant Wolfman. The object is to smash and destroy ALL the buildings in the city that you are in. There are army helicopters, tanks and other vehicles that are shooting at you. You can smash cars as an added bonus as well as the military vehicles. Sometimes you can eat some food or even a few people as well. It is an absolutely fun, funny and amusing game to play. On this site it is called Free Kong, but it is the same design and game to a T. Basically, you are a character (most likely it's Mario) and you are trying to rescue your wife or girlfriend. She is within the clutches of a monstrous gorilla that is throwing down barrels in your direction. You either have to jump over the barrels or you can destroy them with a hammer. If you eat a power pill all the ghosts turn a dark shade of blue, at you can go and eat them. Basically, for awhile, the hunters become the hunted. Basically, you have to shoot Aliens before they take all the humans and merge into mutants. Sometimes if the humans are in midair, you have to catch them and put them safely back to the ground. As you can see by the name, this Adaptation of a game that came out in 70s was Developed in the late 1990s BEFORE the year 2000. My Digital Host, David, and I remember the Original Tempest. It was exciting back then. You just had to turn that knob around and shoot anything that came up the spike. The 2000 version was exactly the same but with very sharp sound effects.
