This Theif, tried to get inside using the pet door at the Bottom. Naturally, the pets, which were two German Shepherds, were roused. We would guess that the dogs did something around the man's mid area. The only thing too say is that the Justice System is so screwed up, a robber can sue a homeowner of the place he is stealing from. Best that we can do is to make fun of this person in the picture.
