Judging from the photo, this one was Located at the corner (or near the corner) of Papineau and Belanger. You could say it is part of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. The only thing to say is that the 17 year old is a dummy, however the crime ring that he is part of is a well organized syndicate. Something should be done about this rising crime of theft.
