The Clip that Kathleen Kenedy was working on was the High Republic series. She was basically fired from that show as a director or producer from the higher ups or board of directors at Disney. They probably saw that she was injecting WAY too much woke feminism into her stories. As a result the higher ups saw that these types of genres were NOT popular with the fans of Starwars, so they are terminating the whole thing.
