Judging from the photo, this one was Located at the corner (or near the corner) of Papineau and Belanger. You could say it is part of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. Amazing. That's the only thing that I can say. Amazement and shock as to how arrogant Debbie Wasserman Schultz can be to the Washington DC police chief. She thought she could use her political power to make the police chief give back her laptop when it is being used as evidence on her IT person who was not even a citizen of the USA.
