Judging from the photo, this one was Located at the corner (or near the corner) of Papineau and Belanger. You could say it is part of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. Seriously, it's quite amazing how delusional you would have to be if you are reporting to your enemy what your country is going to do. This is definitely treason. This high ranking general should go through a Court Martial and thrown into the stockade. Prison to be precise.
