Judging from the photo, this one was Located at the corner (or near the corner) of Papineau and Belanger. You could say it is part of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. Critical Race Theory is proving to be more and more like decisive garbage judging people by the color of their skin, saying that white people are inherently racist and black people cannot be racist because of power plus prejudice. Complete garbage and racist ideology, no better than the theory made by the Ku Klux Klan.
