Since my Digital Host, David, and I have moved into the neighborhood we planned to walk over to the river. We went with his Nephew In Law and his Grand Neice over there. It was easily a 20 minute walk. It was a bit tiring but the view was well worth it. As you can see since we are on the Laval side, we have taken a photo of the Island of Montreal. As we have said in the description, it's a fresh start. It is interesting to now be living in a new place. There is a bit of sadness though. We have been living in the same house in the district of Cote-Des-Neiges for more than 50 years. There are a lot of memories growing up in that neighborhood. There is also memories of growing up and going to school in Westmount, Snowdon, NDG ETC. The big problem is that most of Montreal is now ridiculously expensive.
