This amendment was submitted by the Conservative Party of Canada. This bill would require those who have been proven to be Child Sex Offenders to be placed on the Registry. This is the National Sex Offender Registry. This is what the Liberals supposedly rejected, Now our question, if this is true is WHY. Why did they VETO this? It is Absolutely suspicious Behavior.
