Judging from the photo, this one was Located at the corner (or near the corner) of Papineau and Belanger. You could say it is part of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. Yes, Donald John Trump IS back on Facebook. His account has been reinstated. The issue is that the reasons for him being deplatformed is quite questionable and dubious. The CEO Mark Zuckerberg has a LOT to answer for.
