Judging from the photo, this one was Located at the corner (or near the corner) of Papineau and Belanger. You could say it is part of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. There will be a HUGE amount of people of many demographics including those who are black who will get VERY passed off with Obama and his extremely ridiculous statements that he has made. The narrative that he is pushing has NOTHING to do with the tragedy in Texas.
